How to confirm a reservation and book after email correspondence?
To hold a reservation is necessary provide credit card details (numbers, expire date, full name and surname).
From 14 days before the date, your card can be preauthorised (is not a charge but a check) to guarantee the experience.
You are free to cancel 7 days before your starting day, after that will be not refundable.
In the event of No Show, what will be happen to my reservation?
Our experienced take a lot of effort and time in advance to be planned. So in the event of a No show or the days before no reply from our guest about a confirmation of meeting point etc, will be intended as no show and card will be charged.
